Role Description The Corporate Manager (Hospitality Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees day-to-day hospitality operations, ensuring consistent service standards across food and beverage, front-of-house, and guest service areas.

The Corporate

Manager will develop and implement operational policies, supervise teams, and coordinate staff training to improve performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring customer feedback, managing service quality, optimizing workflows, and supporting budget and cost-control initiatives.



The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, compliance with company guidelines, and continuous improvement of hospitality services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Hospitality skills to oversee service operations, guest experience, and industry-standard practices.
- Candidates should possess Training and team development skills to coach staff, conduct workshops, and support performance improvement.
- Candidates should have experience in hospitality management or corporate operations, preferably within hotels, restaurants, or related sectors.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations or teams.
- Candidates should be proficient in basic office software and operational reporting; exposure to hospitality management systems is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
