We are looking for a Corporate Recruitment Executive with 2–3 years of experience as a US Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team in Pune.

This is a 100% onsite position, and we are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable commuting to our Pune office every day.

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Monday - Friday)

Please DO NOT Apply If:

- You do not have US Recruitment experience.
- Your experience is primarily from other industries/domains.
- You are looking for a remote or hybrid position.
- You are not currently based in Pune.
- You cannot independently commute to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for our internal hiring requirements, including:
- US Recruiters
- US Inside Sales Executives
- US Business Development Executives
- Source quality candidates through LinkedIn RPS and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates and evaluate them based on skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Effectively negotiate and close candidates.




- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and consistently deliver expected hiring results.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of hands-on US Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn RPS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment requirements.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and hiring targets.
- Highly results-oriented, accountable, and delivery-focused.
- Must be currently based in Pune.
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite.
- Candidates should have their own transportation or be able to commute independently to the office.
- Candidates living close to our Pune office will be preferred.
