Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate submissions.
- Maintain candidate and client databases.
- Manage onboarding and documentation processes.
- Build solid relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
- Experience with contract/T&M; hiring.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and job functions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
