Carney Technologies Services is hiring two Content Writers who understand SEO writing and enjoy creating social media content. We’re looking for writers with strong English, curiosity, and the ability to create clear, original content for different brands and audiences.

Established in 2009, Carney Technologies Services is a Kolkata-based digital marketing and technology company serving Indian and international clients across healthcare, education, retail, real estate and technology.

What you’ll do

- Write well-researched blogs, articles, website pages, and landing page content.
- Create SEO content that addresses search intent, uses keywords naturally, and follows a clear structure.
- Write engaging social media captions, carousel copy, reel scripts and campaign content.
- Adapt your writing to different brands, industries and audiences.
- Prepare meta titles and descriptions and suggest relevant internal links.
- Research topics, check facts, and proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists, social media teams and designers.
- Manage assignments, incorporate feedback and meet agreed deadlines.

What we’re looking for

- 1–5 years of professional content writing experience.
- Excellent English writing,



editing and proofreading skills.
- Practical knowledge of SEO content writing.
- A strong interest in social media marketing, storytelling and brand communication.
- The ability to research unfamiliar subjects and explain them clearly.
- Attention to detail, ownership of your work and openness to feedback.
- Availability to work full-time from our Kolkata office.

Digital marketing agency experience and familiarity with WordPress will be an advantage. A strong portfolio and relevant experience matter more than a specific degree.
