Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Content Writer role based in Kochi.

The Content

Writer will develop clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for web pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral that support ThoughtMinds’ AI and digital engineering offerings. Daily responsibilities include researching industry trends, customer challenges, and technology topics; crafting compelling narratives that translate complex AI concepts into accessible language; and aligning content with brand messaging and marketing goals. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to plan content, maintain editorial calendars, and ensure consistency in tone and style across channels.

The Content





Writer will also review and refine content through proofreading and revisions to maintain high-quality standards and support demand-generation and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts in clear, concise language.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan, organize, and develop content that aligns with business objectives and target audiences.
- Proficiency in Proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
- Excellent command of written English and strong storytelling abilities, ideally with experience in technology, AI, or B2B industries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, digital marketing concepts, and content management systems is an advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably within B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, software, AI, or digital transformation companies.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating B2B, technology, AI, SaaS, or IT-related content will be preferred.
