Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Content Writer and Video Editor role based in Noida. The role involves researching and writing clear, engaging content for web pages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and learning materials tailored to competitive exam aspirants.

The Content Writer and Video Editor will plan and script educational and promotional videos, record or coordinate shoots, and edit video content with appropriate graphics, subtitles, and sound to align with Sarathii’s brand and pedagogy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with mentors and subject matter experts, repurposing long-form content into short-form pieces,



optimizing content for digital platforms, and maintaining consistent tone and messaging.

The role also includes managing content calendars, ensuring accuracy and quality across all materials, and supporting marketing campaigns with both written and video assets.

Qualifications

- Strong writing skills for educational and marketing content, including web content writing, blog writing, and social media copy.
- Ability to develop content strategies and learning narratives tailored to competitive exam preparation and career development.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics or subtitle creation.
- Experience in scripting, storyboarding, and planning video content for digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and educational portals.
- Solid research skills to create accurate, well-structured content aligned with public services, governance, and leadership themes.
- Attention to detail in proofreading, fact-checking, and ensuring language clarity and consistency across all materials.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO basics, and content optimization for reach and engagement.
- Comfort collaborating with mentors, educators, and marketing teams, with robust interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or a related field; background or interest in competitive exams or public services is an advantage.
