If you’ve helped build a creator or founder’s social media presence, understand why content goes viral, and know how to consistently create high-performing content, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute the founder’s personal branding strategy.
- Brainstorm viral content ideas and content series.
- Write hooks, captions, and content briefs.
- Stay on top of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Analyse content performance and continuously improve results.
- Work closely with editors to ensure every piece of content is packaged for maximum reach.
- Occasionally contribute to podcast packaging, reels, and content strategy

We’re Looking For Someone Who





- Has grown a personal or client account to 100K+ followers/subscribers, or has generated millions of organic views.
- Understands content strategy, storytelling, and audience psychology.
- Knows what makes people stop scrolling, watch, share, and follow.
- Is proactive, creative, and always brings recent ideas to the table.
- Lives and breathes social media.
