Role Description The Content Editor (Children's Books) role at ToppersNotes is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role focuses on editing and refining children’s educational books and materials to ensure clarity, age-appropriate language, accuracy, and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing manuscripts, correcting grammar and style, aligning content with curriculum standards, and coordinating with writers, subject matter experts, and design teams.

The Content

Editor will also organize and manage content workflows,



maintain consistency in tone and structure across series, and suggest improvements to enhance comprehension and learning outcomes for young readers. Collaboration with the product and education teams to ensure that all materials meet quality and pedagogical standards is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Editorial and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt content for children’s educational materials.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Content Management skills to organize, update, and maintain digital and print content collections.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to verify information, align content with curricula, and understand learner needs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Journalism, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in children’s publishing, K–12 content development, or edtech is advantageous, along with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
