Role Description The Content Developer will be responsible for planning, creating, and refining high-quality digital content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing copy for websites, ads, landing pages, and marketing collateral; collaborating with marketing and design teams to translate concepts into clear, actionable content; and structuring information for easy understanding by diverse audiences. The role also involves applying instructional design principles where needed, maintaining consistent tone and messaging across channels,



and ensuring accuracy in technical and product-related content.

This is a full time, on-site role located in Trivandrum, requiring close coordination with the local team and participation in strategy and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Technical Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and audience-focused content.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Development and Instructional Design skills to plan, structure, and produce engaging digital and learning-oriented materials.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas in a concise, professional manner.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO basics, and content performance metrics.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in standard content and collaboration tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
