Role Description The Content & Community Associate is responsible for creating and coordinating content across the company’s website, social media channels, and podcast initiatives.

This role will focus on developing clear and engaging content, maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels, and coordinating with podcast guests to ensure each episode is well prepared and aligned with the podcast’s overall theme.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Creation

- Create and refine content for company website pages, including service pages, landing pages, industry pages, blogs, and other marketing content.
- Research relevant topics and translate ideas into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business offerings and convert them into compelling website messaging.
- Review and update existing website content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Ensure content follows the company’s brand voice, messaging, and positioning.

Social Media Content
- Create content for the company’s social media and publishing channels, primarily:
- LinkedIn
- Medium
- Instagram
- Reddit
- Develop posts that support brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and company initiatives.




- Adapt content based on the audience and format of each platform rather than publishing identical content across all channels.
- Support the creation of social media content calendars and coordinate timely publishing of content.
- Repurpose website articles, podcasts, customer stories, and other company content into social media posts.
- Monitor relevant industry topics and identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.

Podcast Coordination & Content Preparation
- Coordinate with selected podcast guests regarding scheduling, session expectations, and preparation.
- Research podcast guests, their companies, industries, backgrounds, and relevant topics before each session.
- Understand the theme and objective of each podcast episode.
- Prepare thoughtful and engaging interview questions that align with the podcast theme and the guest’s expertise.
- Share relevant information with guests before recording to ensure they are comfortable and prepared.
- Coordinate internally to ensure podcast sessions are organized and ready for recording.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose podcast discussions into articles, social media posts, quotes, and other content.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English communication and writing skills are required.
- Robust content writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and quickly develop an understanding of them.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Medium, Instagram, and Reddit.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with customers, executives, partners, and podcast guests.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple content assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with marketing, sales, leadership, and other internal teams.
- Experience with content management and social media tools is preferred.


