As part of our Conference Production team, you will be involved in creating and delivering high-quality B2B conferences and events—from ideation and content development to speaker management and execution.

Depending on your experience and level, you may take ownership of individual conferences, manage multiple events, or lead larger conference projects and stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Research industries, markets, and emerging trends to develop relevant event themes and agendas
- Identify, invite,



and coordinate with speakers, CXOs, thought leaders, and industry experts
- Work with speakers to shape session topics, narratives, and content
- Develop compelling conference agendas and event positioning
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Support audience engagement and outreach initiatives
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple event deliverables
- Take ownership of assigned conferences and ensure timely delivery
- For senior-level roles, mentor team members and take ownership of larger projects and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

- 3–10 years of experience in B2B conferences, event production, content, or conference management
- Strong research, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder management
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Experience working with CXOs, industry leaders, and senior stakeholders is a plus
