Role Overview:

Responsible for contract administration, claims management, and commercial matters across construction projects, including EOT, delay, disruption, prolongation, and variation claims. The role involves reviewing contractual documents, analysing project records, and supporting dispute resolution and arbitration matters. The candidate will also coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and legal teams on contract-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end contract administration process for construction/infrastructure projects.
- Review and interpret contractual terms, obligations, notices, and correspondence.
- Monitor contractual compliance, milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
- Prepare, review, and evaluate claims, variations, EOT, delay, disruption, and prolongation claims.
- Analyse project documentation, schedules, correspondence, and other records to establish contractual entitlement.
- Support delay analysis and schedule assessment, including review of baseline and updated programmes.
- Prepare contractual notices, claim submissions, responses, and supporting documentation.
- Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Coordinate with project and commercial teams for cost, time, and contractual issues.




- Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, adjudication, and expert proceedings where required.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Support management in contract negotiations and commercial decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, claims, or commercial management within construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC, EPC, NEC, or similar contract forms.
- Experience in contract review, interpretation, administration, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in claims preparation and assessment, including EOT, delay, disruption, prolongation, and variation claims.
- Knowledge of delay analysis and project controls; exposure to Primavera P6 would be an advantage.
- Experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, adjudication, or litigation support is preferred.
- Solid analytical, documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with project, engineering, commercial, legal, and client teams.
