We are looking for qualified and passionate Company Secretaries with solid knowledge of corporate, secretarial, taxation and regulatory compliances.

The ideal candidates must have knowledge of finance and should be capable of independently managing statutory compliances, documentation, regulatory filings and stakeholder coordination for listed and unlisted entities.

● Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, RBI regulations, FEMA, Societies Registration Act, Indian Trusts Act, GST, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.

● Prepare notices, agendas, explanatory statements, minutes and supporting documents for Board, Committee and General Meetings.

● Draft Director Reports, Annual Reports, resolutions and other statutory documents.

● Handle statutory filings and returns with MCA, RBI and other regulatory authorities within prescribed timelines.

● Knowledge of Income Tax and GST filing and ensure timely completion of annual and event-based GST and Income Tax compliances.

● Maintain statutory registers, minutes books,



records and corporate secretarial documentation.

● Draft, review and vet agreements, contracts, legal documents and corporate resolutions.

● Provide advisory support on corporate governance, secretarial matters, GST, Income Tax and regulatory compliance.

● Independently coordinate with clients, government authorities, regulators and other stakeholders.

● Stay updated on amendments in corporate, taxation and regulatory laws and ensure timely implementation of applicable compliance measures.

Candidates having knowledge of finance will be given an added advantage.
