Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Operator role based at the head office in Hisar.

The Computer

Operator will handle daily data entry tasks, maintain digital records, and update shipment and billing information in company systems.

Responsibilities include managing back office documentation, preparing reports, and supporting branch offices with accurate information. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, responding to basic queries,



and ensuring that all records are maintained in an organized and secure manner. The position requires consistent adherence to company procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Computer Operations and Computer Literacy skills.
- Candidates should possess accurate Typing skills and attention to detail for data entry.
- Candidates should possess Back Office Operations skills for documentation and record management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with internal teams and branches.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email usage.
- Ability to work in office in Hisar and manage routine tasks with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or diploma; graduate degree is preferred.
