We’re looking for a Community Manager who can bring chaos to order—someone who loves scheduling, stakeholder management, communication and making things work.
What you'll do
- Manage complex student & educator schedules and keep operations running smoothly.
- Build solid relationships with parents, students and educators.
- Solve problems, handle concerns and manage difficult conversations with patience and maturity.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and ensure everyone stays aligned.
- Improve processes and create a seamless community experience.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and progressively larger projects.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, community, customer success or similar roles.
- Exceptional organisation and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Extremely patient, calm and solution-oriented.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
- High ownership, adaptability and the ability to handle multiple things simultaneously.
