Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Community

Manager will oversee the daily operations of the co-working space, ensuring a welcoming, effective, and engaging environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities include managing member onboarding, responding to inquiries, coordinating bookings, and handling basic administrative and facility-related tasks. The role will also involve organizing events and programs, fostering collaborations between members, and curating experiences that reflect Of10’s design and tech-focused identity.

The Community





Manager will actively maintain community communication channels, gather feedback, support marketing initiatives, and represent Of10’s brand values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Community management and customer service skills, with the ability to build robust member relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Event planning and coordination skills to design and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Basic marketing and social media skills to support brand visibility, promote events, and communicate effectively with the community.
- Operational and administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail when managing daily workspace activities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, inclusive, and service-oriented approach.
- Comfort working in a design and tech-focused environment; familiarity with creative, startup, or coworking ecosystems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office full-time in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in community or space management.
