Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Communications Designer role based in Delhi, India.
The Communications
Designer will translate wayfinding and service design strategies into explicit visual systems, including signage, graphics, and communication materials for physical and digital spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts, designing layouts and brand elements, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to ensure visual communication aligns with spatial and operational requirements. The role involves presenting design ideas, iterating based on feedback, coordinating with vendors and fabricators,
and maintaining consistency across project touchpoints and brand guidelines.
The Communications
Designer will also support documentation, design research, and the creation of presentations and project reports.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication Design and Visual Communication, with the ability to translate complex information into transparent, user-centered visual systems.
- Experience in Branding and Corporate Design, including developing and applying brand identities across multiple platforms and environments.
- Proficiency in Graphics, including layout design, typography, and iconography for both print and digital formats.
- Advanced skills with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma or similar) and familiarity with production processes for signage and environmental graphics.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of wayfinding, spatial design, or environmental graphic design is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
