Role Description The CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) role at RSTRL Super Tech Infra Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The CMA will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost sheets, budgets, and financial reports to support decision-making for railway and infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include monitoring project expenses, performing variance analysis, and recommending cost optimization measures.

The role involves coordinating with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.



The CMA will also assist in financial planning, forecasting, and the development of management reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

- CMA certification or equivalent professional qualification in Cost and Management Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of infrastructure or railway project accounting and related regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare clear reports, and present findings to management.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, safety, and environmental responsibility in line with company values.
- Relevant work experience in cost and management accounting; experience in the infrastructure or railway sector is an advantage.
