Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Clinical Sales Representative – Orthopedics role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves promoting orthopedic products to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers, with a focus on supporting surgeons and medical staff in product selection and usage. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, attending operating room procedures as appropriate, providing clinical support, and ensuring that healthcare professionals understand product benefits and proper use.

The representative will manage sales territory activities, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, track opportunities and sales performance,



and collaborate with internal teams on forecasts and market feedback. Regular reporting, participation in training programs, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards are expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess expertise in Medical Sales and Sales within the healthcare or orthopedic sector.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in Operating Room support, including familiarity with surgical workflows and protocols.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Sales Management, including territory planning, pipeline management, and relationship building.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in orthopedic or medical device sales, along with a clear understanding of clinical terminology, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, willingness to travel locally, and the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams are preferred.
