Role Description The Clinical Trial Support Trainer is a full-time role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role involves designing and delivering training programs for clinical trial staff, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and role-specific workshops. The trainer will translate complex clinical and medical concepts into clear, practical guidance for trial teams, ensuring adherence to protocols, safety standards, and best practices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions (in person and online), supporting clinical research teams with process and documentation queries, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to refine training content.



The role also includes monitoring training effectiveness, collecting feedback, and updating programs to align with evolving clinical trial requirements and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Clinical Education and Training, with the ability to create structured learning modules for diverse clinical trial audiences.
- Knowledge or experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, enabling effective guidance on clinical trial procedures and patient safety considerations.
- Research skills to interpret clinical trial protocols, guidelines, and evidence, and to incorporate findings into training content.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or life sciences environments, ideally in a training or support capacity.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and collaborate with on-site and remote teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications in clinical research or medical education are an advantage.
- Proficiency with digital tools for training delivery (e-learning platforms, video conferencing, learning management systems) and basic data analysis for training outcomes.
