Role Description The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of SmilePro Dental Care to ensure efficient, patient-focused service. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division includes managing appointment schedules, supervising clinic staff, coordinating with dental professionals, and maintaining a smooth patient flow.

The Clinic

Manager will monitor and optimize budgets, handle patient inquiries and feedback, and implement standard operating procedures for clinical and administrative processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing inventory and supplies, supporting marketing initiatives, and organizing staff training to uphold high service standards.

- Strong customer service skills to manage patient interactions, resolve concerns, and support a positive clinic experience.
- Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses, revenues, and resource allocation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with dental professionals, staff, and patients, and manage internal and external correspondence.
- Foundational understanding of medicine or dental healthcare environments to support clinical workflows and compliance with regulations.
- Training and team development skills to onboard staff, conduct process training, and promote continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with clinic management software, scheduling tools, and basic office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
