Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Accounts Management professional with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing/creative agency.

The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, supporting social media and digital marketing activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support day-to-day operations of client social media accounts.
- Coordinate with clients and internal design, content, and marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Support social media content planning, scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Assist in implementing digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns to improve client engagement and reach.




- Monitor account performance and share relevant insights with clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing client pitches, presentations, and actively participate in pitch meetings.
- Support overall client account growth and brand-building initiatives.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a digital marketing/creative agency is mandatory.
- Strong client servicing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Passion for social media trends, content, and digital platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts/tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency workplace.
- Experience in content creation, graphic design, or video editing is an added advantage.
