Role Description The Client Service Executive – Textile is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing client relationships for school-wear and textile products, including responding to inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. The individual will handle day-to-day communication with schools and institutional clients, gather requirements, share product information, and track order status.

Responsibilities include maintaining client records, coordinating with production and logistics teams, resolving issues, and supporting post-delivery service.



The role also includes assisting with presentations, sampling, and feedback collection to improve products and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of textiles, garments, or school-wear products, with an ability to understand specifications and quality requirements.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in common office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and client communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Prior experience in client servicing, sales support, or account management, preferably in textiles, apparel, or related industries.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, textiles, or a related field is preferred.
