Job Title : Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who understands the world of Performance Marketing and Real Estate and can effectively manage client relationships while driving successful digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing Google & Meta campaigns, lead generation, campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversions, budgets and optimization strategies with both clients and internal performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and build strong relationships with real estate clients and act as the primary point of contact.

Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective performance marketing strategies.

Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns and digital marketing funnels.

Monitor campaign performance and discuss key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI with clients.

Prepare and present campaign reports, performance insights and optimization recommendations.





Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality and overall client ROI.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations and performance reviews.

Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets and client expectations.

Understand the real estate sales funnel, project positioning, target audiences and lead-generation requirements.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes and emerging performance marketing practices.

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling within existing clients.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Performance Marketing.

Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.

Hands-on understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Good knowledge of performance metrics, campaign optimization and reporting.

Solid client communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to work closely with internal teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to understand both the marketing and business side of client requirements.
