This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the planning and execution of BTL marketing campaigns and events, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
- Utilize design software such as JPEG, TIFF, PSD, and CDR to assist in the creation of marketing materials as needed.

Required Skills

- Solid client servicing skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Experience in BTL marketing and event management.
- Proficiency in design software including JPEG, TIFF, PSD, and CDR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
