Role Description This full-time Civil Engineering Professional role is an on-site position based in Damoh. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, with a focus on infrastructure and water-related works as required. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and reports, coordinating with project teams and contractors, and monitoring construction activities for quality, safety,



and compliance with standards.

The skilled will support project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control, while addressing on-site engineering challenges and recommending practical solutions. The role also requires effective documentation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to L&T;’s sustainability and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Water Resource Management and related infrastructure planning.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills for scheduling, coordination, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations in civil construction.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field activities, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Prior experience with large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects is an advantage.
