As we continue to expand our infrastructure and operations, we are looking for a dynamic Civil Projects Manager who can lead and coordinate multiple organizational projects from planning to execution.

Job Profile The Civil Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various infrastructure and organizational development projects across the company. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, consultants, interior designers, government authorities, equipment vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong ownership, execution capability, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects including laboratory construction, office expansions, facility upgrades, and new organizational setups.
- Develop project plans,



timelines, budgets, and execution schedules.
- Prepare Project flow and Gantt charts.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, equipment suppliers, and vendors.
- Liaise with internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, quality, and documentation.
- Prepare and track budgets, invoices, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project status reports and MIS for senior management.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech. in (Civil/ Mechanical), B.Arch., B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Construction Management or related discipline. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or corporate infrastructure experience preferred.
