Role Overview

We are looking for a Cinematographer/Director to own the visual direction of our brand films, product launches and sports content, from concept and shot design through to the shoot itself. You will translate campaign briefs into powerful, premium visuals, lead on-set execution, and work closely with our editors, marketers and creators to deliver content that keeps each brand's identity consistent across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direction: Develop concepts, treatments, shot lists and storyboards for digital campaigns, product launches, athlete features and social media content.
2. Cinematography: Shoot high-quality footage in studio, retail and outdoor sports environments, handling camera operation, lighting, framing, lens choice and movement.
3. Sports and Action Capture: Capture fast-paced action, slow-motion and product detail shots.
4. Pre-Production and Planning: Plan shoots end to end, including location recces, scheduling, equipment lists, crew coordination and budgets in line with brand guidelines.
5. Post-Production Collaboration: Guide the edit and color grade,



review cuts and make sure the final output matches the creative vision and brand standards.
6. Platform-Specific Shooting: Shoot with the end format in mind (vertical for Instagram Reels, widescreen for YouTube, and retail display formats).

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2+ years of professional experience directing and/or shooting commercial, brand or sports content
- Hands-on expertise with cinema and mirrorless cameras (e.g., Sony FX/Alpha series, Canon C-series, Blackmagic, RED or equivalent) and lenses.
- Solid command of lighting, composition, exposure and color science
- Experience with gimbals, sliders, drones (with valid certification where required) and audio capture
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro for reviewing edits and basic cuts.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Applications without a portfolio or showreel link will not be considered.
2. Basic color grading and motion graphics knowledge
3. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media Studies, Visual Communication or Design (preferred, not mandatory)

Compensation and Working Conditions:

- Salary: ₹480,000 - ₹9,00,000 LPA, depending on experience and portfolio
- Type: Full-time, on-site
- Hours: Standard office hours, Monday to Saturday
- Flexibility: Flexible hours and travel are expected during major festivals, product launches, sporting events and shoots
