Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Cinematographer / Photographer with 1–2 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing agency. The candidate should be comfortable handling both video production and photography based on client requirements.

The role involves shooting and producing high-quality video and photographic content for social media, advertisements, digital campaigns, product shoots, and other client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and produce high-quality video and photographic content for social media, advertisements, digital campaigns, and client projects.
- Handle product photography and other photography requirements based on client briefs and campaign needs.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including a basic understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera handling.
- Create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Perform basic video editing, color correction, sound editing, transitions, and motion graphics.




- Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand client requirements and deliver content accordingly.
- Manage and organize photography, video footage, and other media assets.
- Stay updated with current photography, videography, social media, and content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in cinematography, videography, video production, or video editing.
- Good knowledge of video shooting, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Creative mindset with valuable attention to detail.
- Must know AI-powered creative/video enhancement tools such as Magnific AI or similar tools.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: 30–50% hike on the candidate's current salary, based on experience, skills, and portfolio
