Role Description This full-time, in office Civil Engineer role is based in Bilaspur.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering works across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with project managers, site teams, and contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.



The role involves performing site inspections, monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, and optimizing designs for structural integrity, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

The Civil

Engineer will also support project documentation, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and practical Civil Engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project coordination for construction and infrastructure works.
- Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and related drainage system design and analysis.
- Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers with experience in site execution, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects, especially in similar regional conditions, is an advantage.
