We are hiring a City Lead – Store Operations to manage and drive operations across all Bengaluru Dark Stores at Inamo.

? Key Requirements:

- Quick Commerce experience only
- Bengaluru-local profiles only
- 3–5+ years of experience in Quick Commerce Store/Dark Store Operations
- Profiles currently working as City Head, City Operations Head, Senior Manager, or equivalent leadership roles
- Robust experience in managing multiple Dark Stores and city-level operations
- Strong operational, people-management and problem-solving skills

? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across all Dark Stores in Bengaluru
- Drive operational KPIs, order accuracy and customer SLAs




- Monitor daily performance and take corrective actions
- Recruit, mentor and manage cross-functional store operations teams
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability
- Own city-level P&L;, cost control and profitability
- Drive productivity, manpower and infrastructure cost optimization
- Support expansion and increase operational capacity
- Identify opportunities to improve network coverage and operational efficiency
- Handle city-level escalations with clients, partners and internal teams
