About the RoleWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the organization’s financial, accounting, taxation and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in financial planning, statutory compliance, MIS reporting and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting and financial operations of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage audits, including statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses and financial controls.
- Review accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Support financial planning, cost control and process improvement.
- Experience in IPO-related work, fundraising or corporate finance will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in the medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing or pharma industry will be preferred.
