This is an execution-led leadership role for someone who is comfortable being on the ground, managing people, driving sales, handling government approvals and licensing, negotiating with stakeholders, and taking ownership of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of Sarabha Developers and oversee three active projects in Ajmer.
- Drive project sales, collections, pricing and channel-partner relationships.
- Take ownership of government approvals, licences, permissions and regulatory processes.
- Build and manage relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, brokers, customers and other stakeholders.
- Lead significant commercial and project-related negotiations.
- Monitor project execution, timelines and key operational milestones.
- Build a professional team with clear responsibilities, reporting systems and performance standards.
- Establish strong MIS, review mechanisms and accountability across the organisation.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors / Promoters on business strategy, key decisions and value creation.
- Ensure transparency,



compliance and disciplined execution across the organisation.
- Focus on creating long-term value for both customers and Sarabha Developers.

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a senior real estate professional with:
- 12–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong experience in sales, project execution, government approvals and licensing.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
- Experience leading teams and professionalising business operations.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with promoters and the Board.
- A strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability.
