About the CentrePhysioplus is establishing a dedicated Child Development Centre (CDC) at Sawai Madhopur, under the clinical association of leading paediatricians in Sawai Madhopur.
The centre will focus on comprehensive developmental, rehabilitation and therapy services for children, with a multidisciplinary approach covering areas such as paediatric physiotherapy, developmental therapy, early intervention, neuro-rehabilitation and parent counselling.
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional who can take complete ownership of the centre's clinical, operational and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities1.
Clinical
Leadership
- Lead and manage paediatric physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at the centre.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and functional concerns.
- Prepare individualised therapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor children's progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based clinical practices.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation, assessment records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with paediatricians, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and other healthcare professionals wherever required.

Complete Centre
OwnershipThe selected candidate will be responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Child Development Centre.
This will include
- Day-to-day centre operations.
- Patient flow and appointment management.
- Clinical quality and patient experience.
- Parent communication and counselling.
- Staff coordination and productivity.
- Centre utilisation and capacity management.
- Ensuring smooth coordination with Hospital and referring doctors.
- Maintaining centre discipline, SOPs and reporting systems.
- Ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
3. Revenue & Business DevelopmentThis is a target-oriented leadership position. The Centre Head will be responsible for achieving mutually agreed monthly revenue targets through:
- New patient acquisition.
- Conversion of assessments into therapy programmes.
- Improving patient retention and therapy continuity.
- Increasing therapy frequency where clinically appropriate.
- Developing referral relationships with paediatricians, hospitals, schools and other healthcare professionals.
- Conducting developmental screening and awareness camps.
- Parent education and counselling programmes.
- Building awareness about the CDC within Sawai Madhopur and surrounding areas.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new child development and rehabilitation services.
Performance will be evaluated not only on clinical performance but also on centre revenue, patient acquisition, retention and overall centre growth.
- Parent & Family EngagementThe candidate should be excellent at communicating with parents and caregivers.
Responsibilities include
- Explaining assessment findings and therapy plans to parents.
- Educating parents about home-based exercises and developmental activities.
- Building trust and long-term relationships with families.
- Handling parent concerns professionally.
- Conducting periodic progress discussions.
- Improving parent satisfaction and therapy adherence.
5. Team ManagementAs the centre grows, the Centre Head will be responsible for:
- Supervising physiotherapists and therapy staff.
- Allocating patients and therapy schedules.
- Monitoring staff productivity.
- Training and mentoring junior therapists.
- Maintaining clinical and operational discipline.
- Participating in recruitment of additional therapists when required.
- Ensuring adequate staffing according to patient load.
6. Outreach & Referral DevelopmentThe candidate will actively participate in the centre's growth strategy by developing relationships with:
- Paediatricians
- Neonatologists
- Orthopaedic doctors
- Neurologists
- Hospitals
- Schools
- Special schools
- Early intervention centres
- Parents' communities
- Local healthcare professionals
The candidate may also represent Physioplus at health camps, professional meetings, awareness programmes and community outreach activities.
Candidate ProfileMandatory:
- MPT with a valid professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Child Development Centre / Paediatric Rehabilitation / Paediatric Physiotherapy.
- Robust clinical knowledge and practical experience with children.
- Excellent communication and parent counselling skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of centre operations and business targets.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Preferred:
- MPT – Paediatrics
- Experience managing or leading a paediatric therapy/child development centre.
- Experience working with children with developmental delay, CP, autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, neurological conditions, sensory-motor issues, GDD, etc.
- Experience in patient acquisition, referral development or centre/business management.

CompensationFixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentive The candidate will receive a competitive fixed monthly salary along with an additional incentive linked to achievement of monthly revenue targets.
A structured incentive plan can be designed around achievement levels such as:
- <80% of target: No/limited incentive
- 80–99%: Basic performance incentive
- 100% target: Standard incentive
- 110–125%: Higher incentive
- 125%+: Accelerated incentive
