FabConnect is hiring a detail-oriented Catalog Executive for an E-Commerce role in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, marketplace operations, SKU management, data accuracy, and Excel, with exposure to platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, AJIO, or similar marketplaces. JD_Catalog Executive

? Location: World Trade Center, Bengaluru

? Department: E-Commerce

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

? Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities✅ Create, upload, update, and maintain product listings across major e-commerce marketplaces

✅ Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, attributes, images, pricing, and other product information

✅ Handle SKU creation, product mapping, categorization, and attribute management

✅ Monitor inactive, suppressed, incomplete, or incorrect listings and resolve catalog issues

✅ Ensure compliance with marketplace-specific catalog and content guidelines

✅ Support new product onboarding and marketplace catalog activation

✅ Optimize product content to improve visibility and customer experience

✅ Maintain SKU masters, catalog trackers, product databases, and MIS reports





✅ Perform data validation, quality checks, and catalog audits

✅ Coordinate with E-Commerce, Operations, Marketing, Brand, Warehouse, and Product teams

What We’re Looking For✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience in Catalog Management, E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Product Listing

✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or other established marketplaces

✔ Strong understanding of seller/vendor portals and marketplace listing processes

✔ Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, filters, data validation, and reporting

✔ Good knowledge of SKU management, product categorization, mapping, and attributes

✔ Solid attention to detail and data accuracy

✔ Ability to manage large volumes of product data within deadlines

✔ Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, Retail, D2C, Consumer Healthcare, or E-Commerce will be an advantage JD_Catalog Executive
