: Catalog Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Catalog Executive to manage end-to-end product cataloging and SKU listings across PALMONAS’ D2C website and various marketplaces. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, ensuring image compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely catalog updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end cataloging and SKU listing across D2C platforms and marketplaces.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings and SKU information.
- Record and verify product dimensions, specifications, attributes, and other product details.
- Ensure product images meet channel-specific requirements for:
- Dimensions
- Format
- Background
- Quality
- Sequencing
- Maintain and regularly update catalog trackers.
- Coordinate with Product, Merchandising, Design, Photography, and E-commerce teams to collect and validate product information.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent product information and ensure timely corrections.
- Maintain consistency of product information across different sales channels.




- Support catalog audits and ensure SKU data accuracy.
- Track new product launches, SKU additions, updates, and delistings across platforms.
- Ensure catalog updates are completed within defined timelines.
- Monitor marketplace requirements and ensure listings remain compliant with platform guidelines.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience managing product listings and SKUs across D2C and marketplace platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and tasks simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced e-commerce environment.
