: Catalog Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Catalog Intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about e-commerce catalog management. The intern will support the team in maintaining accurate product information, SKU listings, product images, and catalog trackers across PALMONAS’ D2C website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with product cataloging and SKU listing across D2C platforms and marketplaces.
- Enter and update accurate product information, dimensions, specifications, and attributes.
- Assist in checking product images for required:
- Dimensions
- Formats
- Backgrounds
- Quality
- Sequencing
- Maintain and update catalog trackers and SKU records.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to collect missing product information.
- Support the team in identifying incorrect or incomplete product details.
- Assist with regular catalog audits and data checks.




- Support new product launches by ensuring required catalog information is available.
- Help maintain consistency of product information across different channels.
- Complete assigned catalog updates within defined timelines.

Requirements

- Prior internship or academic exposure to e-commerce, catalog management, merchandising, operations, or a related field will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of product information accurately.
