Ideal Partner Profile

- Active, experienced real estate broker, property consultant, or financial wealth advisor with an established HNI client book in Surat or Mumbai.
- Native Gujarati speaker with strong conversational rapport in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Proven track record in closing plotted developments, weekend home projects, farmhouses, or high-value land investments.
