Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Campus Recruiter role based in Noida, focused on hiring AI/ML talent from tier 1 colleges.

The Campus

Recruiter will plan and execute campus hiring strategies, including identifying target institutions, coordinating recruitment drives, and managing relationships with placement cells and faculty. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial assessments, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. The role involves organizing pre-placement talks, hackathons, and other engagement activities, as well as maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards.





The Campus

Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand AI/ML role requirements and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

- Experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably for technology or AI/ML roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with academic institutions, placement officers, and student communities.
- Ability to conduct screenings and assessments, and evaluate candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills for managing events, schedules, and multiple hiring processes.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic data reporting or Excel.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to present to groups and represent the organization on campus.
- Understanding of AI/ML roles and basic familiarity with technology hiring trends is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience with tier 1 college hiring is a plus.
