We are looking for a Lead – OTC / Medical to build and manage our OTC and everyday healthcare category across sourcing, vendor management, assortment, pricing and supply operations.

This is a hands-on category role for someone who understands the OTC/consumer healthcare ecosystem and has experience working with pharma distributors, manufacturers, brands, stockists, wholesalers or other healthcare suppliers.

You will be responsible for developing the right assortment, building reliable supplier relationships, negotiating commercials and ensuring consistent availability of relevant healthcare products.

The ideal candidate should have strong category and vendor management experience and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Category & Assortment Management

- Build and manage the OTC and everyday healthcare assortment
- Identify high-demand OTC, wellness, personal healthcare and everyday medical products
- Evaluate products based on demand, pricing, margins, availability and repeat purchase
- Identify new brands, products and regional opportunities
- Optimize SKU mix based on customer demand and category performance

Vendor & Supplier Management
- Identify and onboard manufacturers, pharma distributors, stockists, wholesalers and relevant suppliers




- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, margins, MOQ, credit terms and other commercial terms
- Develop a reliable supplier pipeline across OTC and healthcare categories
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure consistent availability

Sourcing & Supply Operations
- Source products at competitive prices while ensuring required quality and compliance standards
- Track availability, fill rates, lead times and procurement efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely replenishment
- Identify and resolve supply and vendor-related issues
- Improve vendor onboarding and procurement processes

Market & Category Intelligence
- Track competitor assortment, pricing and availability
- Monitor consumer healthcare and OTC category trends
- Identify emerging brands and products
- Develop relationships across relevant pharma and healthcare distribution ecosystems
- Identify opportunities for direct sourcing and better commercial terms

- What We’re Looking For

Strong Fit

- 3–7 years of experience in OTC, pharma, consumer healthcare, category management, sourcing, procurement, vendor management or supply operations
- Experience managing OTC/medical or consumer healthcare categories
- Strong understanding of pharma/OTC distributors, stockists, manufacturers and wholesalers
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of pricing, margins, assortment and inventory
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with category and compliance requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
