Role Description The Business Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Norcross, GA. This position oversees day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, resource allocation, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. The role includes managing operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, supporting budgeting and financial tracking, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

Manager will collaborate closely with clinical leaders, administrative staff, and external partners to streamline processes, implement programs, and support growth across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clinical teams, administrative staff, and external partners.
- Relevant experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a similar service-based environment is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- 1 - 3+ years of operations or business management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams, vendors, and multiple projects.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day business operations and coordinate across teams and business entities.

● Oversee administrative, HR, payroll, finance, vendor, and operational processes.

● Monitor recurring expenses, payments, invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting in coordination with the accounting team.

● Manage vendors, office facilities, properties, IT support, and procurement.

● Coordinate operational projects and ensure assigned tasks, deliverables, and deadlines are completed.

● Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, trackers, and internal processes.

● Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate significant matters to leadership when appropriate.

● Prepare operational and financial updates for management.

● Support additional business, administrative, and special projects as assigned based on company needs.
