Role - Business Manager - Façade & Green Buildings

Location - Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the specification and sales of our creative façade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the façade industry, an established network with façade consultants, architects, developers and façade contractors/fabricators, and a passion for developing business opportunities in high-performance building envelope solutions.

This role will be instrumental in creating product awareness, securing product specifications, developing key customer relationships and supporting the growth of our façade business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the façade and building envelope market.
- Promote the company’s façade product portfolio to façade consultants, architects, developers, PMC’s and façade contractors.
- Drive specification of products at the design stage to maximise project conversion.
- Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline from concept through execution.
- Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into business.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with:
- Façade Consultants
- Architects
- Developers
- Façade Contractors
- Aluminium Fabricators
- General Contractors
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen engagement.
- Organise technical presentations, product demonstrations and lunch-and-learn sessions.

Technical Promotion

- Create awareness of the company’s façade solutions
- Coordinate with the Technical Services team to provide project-specific solutions.
- Support mock-ups, site trials and product approvals.

Project Tracking

- Track projects from concept to completion.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of opportunities.
- Monitor project milestones including:
- Consultant engagement
- Specification
- Tender
- Award
- Execution
- Identify competitive threats and develop win strategies.





Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and product launches.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer requirements.
- Provide regular market feedback to Product Management and Marketing teams.

Business Planning

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop territory growth plans.
- Identify new customer segments and strategic accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales.
- Experience in Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Façade Systems or Architectural Products.
- Experience working with leading façade contractors and consultants is essential.

Industry Exposure

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are preferred:

Experience with leading projects across Mumbai or Delhi NCR will be an added advantage.
