Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode for a Business Development & Operations Manager. The candidate will be responsible for actively pitching creative services to prospective brands, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day activities across Lemochi Creative Studio.

Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting in-person client meetings, developing structured content calendars, conducting creative research, and assisting with social media management.



The role also requires traveling for client pitches and on-location video shoots in and around Erode to support production coordination, manage timelines, and ensure seamless client communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant discipline (Fresh graduates with robust initiative are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of experience preferred).

Active business development, prospecting, and pitching skills to onboard new brand clients.

Strong client relationship and account management skills to handle communications from onboarding through project delivery.

Ability to plan, organize, and create comprehensive social media content calendars based on audience trends and brand goals.

Strong content research skills to brainstorm creative hooks, reel concepts, and campaign strategies.

Willingness and ability to travel locally in and around Erode for client pitches and production shoots.

Strong organizational and coordination skills to oversee ongoing studio activities and project delivery schedules.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Comfort working on-site in Erode in a fast-paced creative studio environment.
