Role Description This remote Business Development Intern role offers hands-on experience in supporting growth initiatives and strategic outreach. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and qualifying leads.
Responsibilities include supporting lead generation campaigns, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing summaries or reports for the business development team. The intern will help with basic customer communication, follow-ups,
and coordination of calls or demos as needed. This is an internship role designed to provide practical learning while contributing to Velkorn’s business development activities.
Qualifications
- Solid Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market and business data.
- Effective Communication skills for professional written and verbal interactions.
- Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Customer Service mindset to support prospective and existing client interactions.
- Basic understanding of technology, digital products, or SaaS business models is beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a business, marketing, or related program is preferred.
