Role Description The Business Development Intern role is an internship position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office work with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day tasks include supporting lead generation activities, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting with outreach via email, calls, and social platforms. The intern will help conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and prepare simple reports or presentations for internal and client meetings.





Responsibilities also include coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, assisting in follow-ups with potential clients, and contributing to proposals or pitch materials. The role offers hands-on exposure to business development in a digital marketing context and opportunities to learn from experienced team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience or interest in Market Research.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and a basic understanding of sales or business development processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a client-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfort using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools) and familiarity with digital marketing concepts are beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Current Delhi, manage time effectively, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
