Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. The person in this role will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, and promote the company’s architecture and interior design services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the design and project teams to align client requirements with deliverables.

Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in industry events,



support marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in real estate, construction, or interior design.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies to expand market presence and meet business goals.
- Competence in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital communication platforms to track leads and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malayalam or other regional languages is an added benefit.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits, site meetings, and industry events.
