Job Title: Business Development Executive

SympleHost is a Singapore-based company that builds a property management system and channel manager for vacation-rental hosts and hotels. Join our India team as a Business Development Executive and help Indian hosts grow their short-term rental business.

About SympleHost

SympleHost.ai helps hosts run bookings, calendars, guest messages and daily operations across Airbnb and other channels from one place. Our India team works from Bangalore.

The role

As a Business Development Executive at SympleHost India, you will introduce Indian hosts to SympleHost, show them how it saves them time, and help them get started. You will work directly with the Country Head, India, and the wider SympleHost team.

What you will do

- Reach out to Airbnb hosts across India.
- Run first calls and demos for small hosts with 1 to 10 listings.
- Bring larger operators and partners to the Country Head with a clear brief.
- Follow up on free and trial accounts until they become paying customers.
- Keep every lead and its stage up to date in the CRM.
- Share what hosts tell you about the product with the team.
- Send a short weekly report on contacts,



demos and current accounts.

What you bring

- 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience, ideally in SaaS, OTA, hotel tools or travel.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, spoken and written.
- Discipline in daily outreach and follow-up.
- Clear, honest communication: you explain the product in plain words.
- Comfort with a CRM and spreadsheets.

A plus: knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com or short-term rentals in India, and experience selling to small business owners. Based in Bengaluru, or willing to relocate.
