School of AI is an AI-focused ed-tech company helping students, professionals, entrepreneurs, teachers, and businesses learn and practically use modern AI tools and technologies.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Kochi and help us grow our customer base, improve conversions, and build strong relationships with potential customers and partners.

What you’ll do

- Drive sales and work towards assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Make calls to prospective leads and customers, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from enquiry to conversion.
- Track follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, students, customers, and potential partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.




- Work closely with the team to refine sales strategies and outreach based on results.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on progress.

What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confidence in speaking with potential customers over calls.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience: 0–2 years Freshers with strong communication and genuine interest in sales are welcome to apply.
