Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time on-site in Bhubaneshwar, focusing on expanding the platform’s reach and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with advertisers, partners, and other stakeholders. The role involves managing client accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Executive will analyze market trends, track performance metrics,



and provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making. This position requires proactive outreach, frequent client interactions, and close collaboration with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align business goals with platform growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Business skills to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and drive growth.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to research prospects, initiate contact, and convert leads into long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and manage renewals and upselling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in digital media, advertising sales, or technology platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Odia and English, along with robust presentation and documentation skills, is highly beneficial.
