Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth for INSD by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strategic relationships with partners, institutions, and prospective students. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the individual will manage the end-to-end business development cycle, including lead generation, outreach, presentations, and follow-ups. Daily activities include conducting market research,



maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for campaigns and events, and ensuring a high-quality engagement experience for prospective clients and learners.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, meeting defined targets, and representing INSD professionally at meetings, events, and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Strong current business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Business acumen and account management capabilities to manage relationships, negotiate, and grow partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in education, design, luxury, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an on-site, target-driven environment in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
